E78: Cognitive Offloading: Why Critical Thinking Still Wins in the Age of AI with Paris de l'Etraz

What does it really take to think in today's unpredictable world? In this special episode of Perception Paradox, recorded live from the IE University campus in Madrid during South Summit, we sit down with Paris for an unfiltered conversation.

We dive deep into the uncomfortable truths no pitch deck prepares you for: exploring the vital balance of leveraging AI without falling into cognitive offloading at the expense of critical thinking, and the art of embracing uncertainty. We discuss when to persevere, and when to pivot or quit a failing idea. This isn't just about business; it's about navigating tough life choices, building committed teams, gender dynamics, and finding meaning in the entrepreneur's journey.

Packed with sharp insights and personal growth lessons, this episode is a must-listen for anyone building (or rebuilding) something real, reminding you to live and lead with urgency, clarity, and no regrets.
